Empowerment & Social Responsibility

An obligation to promote the welfare of the larger Society. The Christian faith by its very nature positively affects not just the believer but the larger society in which He is domiciled.

Even when they do see,  he puts such a debilitating weight of guilt and condemnation for past misdemeanours on folk that they cannot rise out of the pits of despair to achieve anything. Jesus came with a message of empowerment: good news to the poor, healing for the broken-hearted, recovering sight to the blind, opening of prison doors to the incarcerated, liberty for the bruised and jubilee for all. His message was one of hope for the hopeless, helpless and bread for the hungry. He contrasted Himself with the thief who comes to steal, kill and destroy. He, on the other was “come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly” (John 10:10). The L.I.F.E. project is not an exercise in academic futility. Rather, it is a practical way to rescue God’s people and embolden and empower them to be all that they are called to be in Christ, and to do all they are called to do.
